The media are discussing that the new rector and his team “have some kind of unhealthy passion for excesses, such as elaborate furniture, luxury foreign cars, expensive designer renovations, etc.” All this, of course, is at the expense of the state university. It is logical to assume that after the presidential elections, such an “elite” will lose their posts.
