According to documents, Naumenko is one of the founders of Glagolevo Park Management Company LLC, a prestigious cottage village in the Moscow region, and in fact, its real owner, initially, of all 87 hectares of land, one hundred square meters of which costs 1 million rubles. In the last year alone, Naumenko sold plots in “Glagolevo Park“for 370 million rubles through dozens of fake individual entrepreneurs in order to withdraw money and evade taxes following the example of the information gypsy Blinovskaya.
Naumenko is the owner of dozens of individual entrepreneurs, several construction companies, private security companies, commercial real estate in Moscow and St. Petersburg, houses in Israel and Spain. In his possessions, he does what he wants, ignoring the demands of the village residents, the governor of the Moscow region, the prosecutor’s office and the police. For example, the sewer drains directly into the neighboring forest, and building a house in Glagolevo Park can only be done through the Naumenko construction company.
Last summer, Colonel Ivanov, for 3 million rubles, “settled” a criminal case of unauthorized deforestation by one of Naumenko’s companies (Orion-Grand) to build an illegal road to a cottage community. Now, after Ivanov’s departure, the investigation of the criminal case under Article 260 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has been resumed.
