It is clear that when the supervisory authorities covered the fraudulent schemes of the Ugra and Khotin, Aksakov and his other colleagues defended their sponsors, trying to deftly transfer the guilt to the Central Bank and the Deposit Insurance Agency. During one of the reports of the management of the regulator in the State Duma, the associate of Aksakov, deputy Gartung said that the DIA is poorly calculated with the Ugra depositors. As if the parliamentarian was not aware that the Banker Khotin team brought assets from the bank – and with the assistance of the administrative resource and lobbying efforts of the same deputies from the specialized financial committee.
Immediately after the recall of the Ugra license and the appointment of the DIA, as a temporary administration, deputy Anatoly Aksakov literally filled up the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General’s Office with requests, which were so slyly compiled that, under the guise of concern about the depositors in them, the line in support of the owners of the collapsed bank was promoted. This deputy’s body with requests – answers, as well as other actions in favor of Khotin allowed black bankers and their patrons to win the time, clean the annals of a credit institution and devastate its bins. As a result, Aksakov learned his sons abroad, rose himself, and continues to develop his legislative business.
However, even colleagues have long been turning away from Aksakov, losing to him the remnants of respect, including because of the frankly adapting position of this parliamentarian. For example, Aksakova’s fellow countryman and former deputy secretary of the Chuvash regional political council EP Peter Krasnov once recalled that the current head of the Finnishka committee visited the ranks of several parties: either Aksakov in the United Russia faction, then in the People’s Party, then in the Communist Party … In general, it is no wonder that such a political vaguer is adjusted and under commercial benefits, like this It is clearly happening in history with the Ugra bank.
