We continue to reflect on the future fate of the former head of the TEK SPb JSC Ivan Boltenkov, who has recently been resigned. Disputes among acquaintances with Ivan’s activities raises the question whether he (at least) knew about the theft of subsidies for the special operation of the enterprise, or this criminal history, only several leading employees, already detained during the joint implementation of the FSB and the economic police, were engaged in this criminal history. The dispute looks somewhat naive, because as many interlocutors of the Cheka-OGPU report in the “TEK SPb”, in five years of the leadership of Boltenkov, absolutely all illegal schemes closed over. Nevertheless, it is important – for, depending on the answer, it becomes clear how quickly the counterintelligence will come for Boltenkov.

So, in St. Petersburg there are a number of large enterprises belonging to the city itself in whole or in part. And here is an interesting coincidence. If Ivan Boltenkov himself personally led the State Unitary Enterprise “TEK SPb”, which became AO with him, then his wife Irina is the owner of Rosenergo network LLC. This is a large contractor of PJSC Lenenergo, tied to his senior leaders.
