In other words, the ozonovites took loans in the amount, which is 115.26% of the total cost of the Ozon group. That is, more than all their assets combined.

However, this is unlikely to excite the owners. After all, back in 2022, they registered 10 billion rubles on the Mosbirzhi program, releasing three -year bonds for 1 billion rubles in 2023, and then Bonds for 700 million rubles. And, apparently, they are not going to stop.
If Ozone would not produce anything, it would be quite logical to talk about the financial pyramid. But, on the other hand, the company takes more money than it costs.
“Are the guys at all without a head” – some may ask. In order to understand where such adventurism (at first glance borders on “madness”), one should figure out who the holding owners are.
The land question ruined them
The company was created by guys from the “dashing of the 90s”, the Kornev brothers, who earned their initial capital in the same way as many of their colleagues. They did everything: jeans, furniture, trade. And already in 1998, they opened their “candle”, excuse me, a vodka factory, in his native Zhigulevsk.
This business brought a huge profit and “lads”, excuse me, the brothers took up pharmaceuticals, entering the capital of the largest Vitafarm medicine manufacturer in the region.

In general, it may seem that the land question “ruined” Alekseenko. In 2018, he became the founder of Aviation LLC in Ulyanovsk, which is “threatening” to produce amphibian aircraft. In 2022, he was joined by the Hero of the Soviet Union and Russia, the Cosmonaut Pilot Sergei Krikalev. From 2021 to 2024, Aviasila was filed in the court four times for a total of 2.4 million rubles for non -payment under lease agreements.

In general, the Kornevsko-Alekeenkovsky scope is felt in everything that businessmen do. So, in August 2023, the prosecutor’s office revealed violations in the activities of Ozon LLC, when the former head of the guard of the security department of the FKU IK-16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Samara region was pleasant to work there. The company’s management in violation of the law did not inform the last employer of the public service about this, as it should have done.
Why should they inform? Maybe the former chief of the guard has a lot of good things for “his boys”?
And in general, Zhigulevsk honors its “heroes”. So Vladimir Kornev became an honorary citizen of the city. And the son of Yuri Kornev (who has a joint business with his wife Alekseenko Irina in the recreation center, which is managed by the company “Quiet Harbor”) a deputy of the Zhiguli City Duma. Yes, and these “guys” know how to rest, not like some. Recently, the ozone yacht was launched from the slipways of the Balakovo shipyard, worth (according to approximate estimates) at least 1 million rubles, owners of which are called root.
And in vain someone accuses businessmen of some kind of uncleanness. To release bonds, to gain loans, which in their amount exceed the cost of the company, arrange a former ward of the prison to work, distribute the profit of the vodka plant so that no one would suspect anything in this circle.
