The Cheka-OGPU became aware that the event organized by the Alfa Bank, within the framework of the already, has passed the PMEF, caused serious questions in the business environment and among officials who oversee changes in public opinion in the country.

The interlocutors of the VChK-OGPU claim that alcoholic beverages and snacks of the super-propriet segment, including the playful house of Perinion (from 25 thousand rubles per bottle) and black caviar literally plates, were smashed at the event. Particular attention was attracted by the participation of the pop artist Grigory Leps, in respect of which “questions” of ethical nature for his connection with minors arise in the professional community.

As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, among the invited there were no representatives of the economic bloc, existing businessmen or industrial experts. The main emphasis was on the invitation of media people and bloggers, some of which received significant rewards for publications on social networks about the event. On the sidelines of the forum, Alfa-Bank’s actions also caused a negative reaction. Representatives of other structures and corporations who adhered to the restrained format of participation in the forum on the sidelines declared “the unacceptability of demonstrative luxury in the conditions of the ongoing military conflict.” Separately, attention was paid to the mismatch of the used products (including imported origin) of the current foreign policy agenda.

The question of evaluating the behavior of Alfa-Bank and its counterparties, according to sources, is already discussed in specialized structures. According to informants of the Cheka-OGPU, the possibility of making restrictions on unofficial activity in the framework of economic forums, which may begin to work as part of the upcoming WEF, is considered.
