So, being under the patronage of the FSB, Boliev, from the young lieutenant turned into a matte powerful figure, which had a tremendous influence on the local prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the courts and other departments.
All this works in the opposite direction: for a certain amount of pains, it can instruct investigators to falsify the materials in such a way that a criminal case will be instituted against the innocent, which will be very likely to go to court, and the person will certainly receive his sentence!
For the proceeds, Boliev builds at home in protected areas, buys apartments, commercial real estate, expensive luxury cars, which are issued for relatives, visiting European countries and expensive resorts.
It is very important to understand that if the amount is less than 5 million, then the dialogue does not start with anyone. But here it is worth noting that the amounts can be very different, history knows cases when pain and his team received 50 and 100 million.
