Former State Duma deputy Valery Draganov told the Cheka-OGPU about today’s search in his house. The investigative measures were carried out by the 2 Department of Internal Affairs of the State Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee in the absence of the former people’s representative and the chairman of the State Customs Committee. According to the interlocutor, they broke into a house in the Moscow region at 6 a.m. and communicated tactlessly with his elderly wife. Valery Draganov himself said that he was at the Innoprom industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg, where he “interacted with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Industry Minister Anton Alikhanov and others.
Valery Draganov said that he is the director of the consortium, which includes more than 10 production facilities and 2 design bureaus. But he could not have anything to do with the drilling company since he was in the government service.
“There was some kind of story. We were looking for documents and found some correspondence with another company. Perhaps my son was related to the company, but as far as I remember he did not hold any positions. A package of documents arrived from the Federal Tax Service, but they were wet and dirty.
