The decisions made by the judges of the Fourth Court of Cassation in a significant number of cases are of an unlimited nature: they are associated with blatant cases of legitimizing arbitrary real estate objects erected in violation of the requirements of the current legislation, without approvals, permits, in conditions of ignoring construction, technical, fire safety, sanitary, and epidemiological rules and normal.
And if judicial errors are subject to verification in the manner established by procedural law: omissions in organizational work are the basis for checking A. Shishkin for suitability for the position held. However, the unsinkable Alexey Dmitrievich not only “came out unscathed,” but also retained his post, continuing to lead the cassation.
There are no answers to the questions that arise about the fate of the check, since unexpectedly they cannot find the verification materials. The assumption that the information collected from the results of the audit is carefully kept by A. Shishkin’s reliable and influential patrons was kept to himself by each of those interested and understanding.
Was the information leaked into the public information space about the inspection that took place nothing more than a farce in order to demonstrate to the average person the fake systematicity and effectiveness of the actions of the Supervisory Authority.
