He emphasized that now the company’s management is in standby mode, but all documents have already been submitted.

The emergence of a new owner will not necessarily lead to a change in the current general director and management company.

The lawyer noted that he has no information about the change in the owners of the M-Group Makfa and the holding of other companies. He plans to file an appeal against a court decision after receiving a motivation decision in the case. UK “M-group”, the management company “Makfa”, is also managed by Ramkon LLC in the Moscow Region.

As of May 15, 18 companies – limited liability companies, which are defendants in the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General’s Office, transferred to the property of the state.

Recall that on May 8, the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, requiring the appeal of the shares of Makfa and its partners in state revenue. The court decision was implemented immediately, and the consideration of the case was carried out in closed mode.

Among the defendants, in addition to the McFa, there were 33 organizations, including bread manufacturers of JSC First Bakers and Smak JSC, as well as 13 individuals, including the ex-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich and ex-deputy of the State Duma Vadim Belousov.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation accused the main defendants of corruption violations related to the use of a position in the power for personal business interests.
