The history of the looting of the Tempuration Defense enterprise, which is the developer of the components of the fuel systems for modern strategic bombers, Tu-22M3 and Tu-160M2, which make up the nuclear nuclear triad, began in 2012 under the former director of the factory Andrei Trubobkin . He is under arrest and is suspected of embezzlement of 200 million rubles. According to investigators, Trubkin and accomplices withdrew money from the enterprise to the accounts of commercial companies, which allegedly carried out various work for the “pace”. So, for example, 3 million rubles were withdrawn to the company Center for Financial Investigations LLC. The raider seizure of the enterprise was fully oversaw Sergei Lesnichy, who was the main strategist. The scheme suggested “degreasing” “Temp”, followed by the sale of real estate objects to large metropolitan developers. On the balance sheet of the enterprise there is a large land in the center of Moscow. The problem for the raiders was the new management of the enterprise that opposed this process. Then in May 2016 a criminal case appeared against the unidentified leaders of the Temp NPP. The case was opened in the department for the Northern District of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow at the request of the former executive director of the company Scientific and Production Center for gas turbine building Salyut (NPC Salyut) Vitaly Klochkov under the article on abuse of power (Article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The materials said that unidentified persons from among the leaders of the “Temp” contributed at the balance value of the liquid real estate of the enterprise to the authorized capital of their subsidiaries. At the same time, the income from leasing this property provided about 20% of the financial income “Temp”. As a result, according to the investigation, there was an outflow of tenants money and a decrease in solvency of the companies of the Temp and Salut NPC. The “Temp” is sure that this criminal case is connected with the desire of representatives of the Salut NPC to remove “rebellious” managers, and then sell property objects that are on long -term lease from the enterprise for the implementation of development projects.

The investigation is based on an examination, which was made by the specialists of the company Center for Financial Research LLC (affiliated with the forester). It says that in 2013 the shares of the Temp NPP cost 577 million rubles, and at the end of 2018 – 342 million rubles. On the fictional conclusions of the appraisers who underestimated the price of the shares, the indictment of the investigation is built.
