The police immediately alerted all personnel. The Skoda actually had a broken rear bumper and a crumpled trunk lid. But the security officer did not find any injuries.
During a new conversation, the state security officer could no longer explain either where and under what circumstances he had had an accident, or the signs of the thugs he had talked about earlier.
It turned out that there really was an accident with a company car, but it happened in the region, and not on Kashirka in Moscow. Suspicions arose that he had made up the whole story. Somov was taken away by colleagues from the FSB; his further fate is unknown.
