The authors of the document consider cryptocurrencies as a restriction tool and a point of high -tech export, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to The press service of the State Duma.
“Today, Russia ranks second in mining, and I am sure: after the regulation of this sphere appears, we will go out in the first place, overtaking the United States,” the State Duma added.
