The source said that at the end of December a sentence was sentenced to scandalous businessman Oleg Fomin, who was closely connected with both representatives of the criminal world and special services. He was found guilty that, together with the participants in the Tagansk organized crime group, he tried to capture a company owning land. He was given four years conditionally and a fine of 20 million rubles. Fomin himself repeatedly claimed that he acted in the interests of the Tagansk organized crime group, whose leaders are now in custody on charges of numerous murders. The investigation materials have audio recordings on which Fomin demanded 17 million rubles from the victim Andrei Volunteer to pay for housing to the convicted participant of the Tagansky – Anton Golubtsov. Fomin also participated in the raider seizures of the Saratov Aviation Plant and the Volgograd Shipbuilding Plant. In both cases, Fomin Oleg used a fictitious bankruptcy as a method of committing a crime. At the same time, Volgograd investigators advanced a little further than their colleagues from the Volga Federal District. Thus, the Volgograd investigators were at the disposal of materials indicating the customer of bankruptcy of city -forming defense enterprises – representatives of Chinese investors working on the PRC government.
