It is significant that the city authorities spent the bulk of these funds to pay for the services of Special Authority JSC, controlled by businessman Igor Gusev.
It is no secret to anyone in the city that it is at present that it is Valery Sherin that is the main patron of Gusev in the regional government.
Interestingly, in March 2021, the city authorities sold 49% of the shares of Spetsavtozavtozhaye JSC for only 175,647,000 rubles.
The only bidder was Guseva Oksana Nikolaevna (wife of Igor Gusev). The application for participation in the auction was also submitted by Igor Gusev’s closest partner – Sergey Kitanin.
Currently, Oksana Guseva controls 74% of the shares of the enterprise, and Irina Zlobina (civil wife of Sergey Kitanin) remaining 26%. According to some reports, the real market value of the property and land plots in the use of Spetsavtozavtozhye JSC are about 2 billion rubles.
