The second department for the investigation of particularly important cases (on crimes against the individual and public security) of the Main Investigative Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case against Anatoly Bykov. He is suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 33, p. “F” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement, that is, the declination of another person by threat to commit a murder committed by an organized group) (as amended by the Federal Law of July 27, 1998 No. 77-FZ).
According to investigators, in 1998, according to Anatoly Bykov, who wanted to support and increase his authority among leaders and members of organized criminal groups and other persons related to the criminal environment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, members of one of the subordination of the organized criminal group committed murder 48 -The years of Krasnoyarsk, a friend of Anatoly Bykov, shooting the latter near his house, after which they disappeared from the scene of the crime.
In addition, criminal cases on the charges of Anatoly Bykov and other crimes under which the investigation continues on the prosecution of the investigation authorities.
Earlier, against Bykov, on the basis of the verdict of jury, a conviction was sentenced. He is found guilty of committing a crime under Art. 17, p.p “Z”, “H” Art. 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (organization of the murder of two persons) and was sentenced to 13 years in prison with serving a general regime in a penal colony.
Currently, investigative actions are carried out in the case aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
