It all started with the fact that Pustoshinsky, having misleading the owners, became through the holding participant controlled by the company, after which he began the maximum possible receipt of funds from the leadership of the “port holding”. “Having pumped” more than $ 8 million under different pretexts, he “trumping” by his ties with senior officials and law enforcement officers began to demand the transfer of an additional percentage of shares to him to receive control over the “port holding”, as well as replacing business management with people.
In order to provide pressure and removal from the management of companies included in the holding, their leadership Pustoshinsky began to initiate criminal proceedings against them, of course, on far -fetched grounds. According to law enforcement sources, the former prosecutor of TsAO Rozhkov D.A., Deputy Prosecutor SAO Kalutskaya K.A., Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, A.Nonov, actively helped in this Danil Pustoshinsky.
However, during the audit of persons involved in attempts to initiate this criminal case at the request of Pustoshinsky and his “high” patrons, the illegality of law enforcement officers and their personal interest was established, the issue of initiating criminal proceedings and dismissal from the bodies is now being decided.
The next step of Danila Pustoshinsky and his team to capture the “Port Holding” was an appeal to the Arbitration Court of Moscow with a lawsuit to exclude another participant in the holding of Kozovoy A.G. From among the participants of the company and on the recovery of losses in the amount of more than 2 billion rubles.
It seems that Danila Pustoshinsky and his “patrons” are not going to stop and make more and more attempts to provide pressure and initiate illegal criminal cases in order to seize the port holding.
