The prosecutor’s office requires retraining the actions of the accused of committing an accident in Solntsevo Valerie Bashkirova and change her preventive measure.

The prosecutor’s office demanded that the police immediately charged the woman under Part 5 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car, the rules of the road that entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons) and initiate a petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention.
