Today, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation approved the indictment in the criminal case against the former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergey Furgal, accused of committing crimes under paragraphs. “A, w, s, K” Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph. “A, e, w, s” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder), part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, shipping or wearing weapons, main parts of firearms, ammunition), as well as its three accomplices.
According to investigators, Furgal and Nikolai Mistryukov, guided by mercenary motives and the desire to increase the income of the commercial organization controlled by him, which carried out activities in the field of buying up ferrous metal scrap, in 2004 created an organized group to commit murders of competitors. It included authority in the criminal circles of the Khabarovsk Territory Andrei Karepov and Mikhail Timofeev, who, in turn, were attracted to the crimes of Marat Kadyrov and Andrei Palea for a monetary reward.
So, in July 2004, Kadyrov, being in the village. The progress of the Amur Region, threw two grenades into an entrepreneur engaged in the reception of scrap metal. The death of the victim did not occur due to circumstances that are beyond his accomplices.
In the future, according to the investigation, due to a long commercial dispute about the belonging of several real estate objects, Furgal and Mistryukov, through the mediation of Karepov and Timofeev, ordered the murder of another entrepreneur. In October of the same year, in Khabarovsk, Palei shot a businessman several times. The victim died on the spot.
In order to hide this crime of Palei, in fulfillment of the in common with the accomplices of criminal intent in January 2005, in Khabarovsk, he shot a man, who was surrounded by a furgal and aware of his involvement in the murder of an entrepreneur.
The criminal case against Furgal, Kadyrov, Karepov and Pales was sent to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to consider the issue of changing territorial jurisdiction.
The case against Mistryukov in connection with the conclusion of a pre -trial agreement on cooperation was allocated into separate production. Timofeev from the investigation authorities disappeared and put on the wanted list, the investigation of the case against him and other persons continues.
