The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow adopted a lawsuit from the General Prosecutor’s Office to several individuals and legal entities related to the construction of a port terminal near St. Petersburg. The amount of the claim is 1.5 billion rubles.
Among the defendants is the ex-head of the Forum, Dmitry Mikhalchenko, ex-head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise ATEX Andrei Kaminov and the ex-top manager of Stroyfasad (part of the Baltic Civil Code) Stanislav Küner. The three of them are connected by a criminal case of theft during the construction of the residence of the President of the Russian Federation in Novo-Ogarsky. Over the course of a long period, grandfather Murov was a full partner and roof of the St. Petersburg businessman Dmitri Mikhalchenko.
