Now the participants in the special operation are exempted from the progressive scale of personal income tax.

Today, the Minister of Finance of Russia Anton Siluanov said that the Ministry of Finance supported the exemption from the progressive scale of individuals of individuals (personal income tax) of participants in the special military operation to protect Donbass, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.

The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin emphasized that the deputies support the initiative. And also suggested not to include his participants in the list of persons who will need to pay income taxes on a progressive taxation scale.

Earlier, Siluanov said that the progressive scale on personal income tax will not affect most Russian citizens and will affect only persons with high incomes. He pointed out the need for families with children and other categories of citizens who need state support to win tax changes.
