Time stretched to many years of litigation. Where the equity holders did not turn to solve their problem: the General and local prosecutors, the Investigative Committee, the FSB, the Presidential Administration, the State Duma, the deputies of various levels, the Ministry of Construction, the Mayor of Moscow, and the most important body created to protect the rights of equity holders – Moskomstroyinvest. No one saw violations. It was an endless cycle of appeals and unsubscribes.
There was a feeling that all our authorities exist only in order not to solve the problem, but to imitate violent activity, hiding behind the fact that the equity holder is given an answer on a piece of paper. Especially in this distinguished the body of K.P. Timofeev.
The light at the end of the tunnel dawned only in 2018, after the investigation of the criminal case against the Moscow government, namely against the Moskomstroyinvest. The case was opened against unidentified persons of the MKI under the article by negligence, but the Prosecutor General Yu.Ya. Taika miraculously closed it a week later, not finding the corpus delicti.
