The Investigation Department for the Krasnodar Territory, based on materials provided by the FSB Directorate for the Territory, initiated a criminal case against the former first deputy head of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory, currently the head of the administration of the Krasnodar Municipal District, Andrey Alekseenko, on suspicion of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale (Part. 6 Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to investigators, while holding the position of first deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory, the man, through an intermediary, received a bribe in 2018 in the form of an expensive gun worth about 1 million 600 thousand rubles for the unimpeded issuance of a conclusion from the department he supervised on the conformity of an apartment building built in the Kubansky district of Krasnodar, despite presence of a number of shortcomings.
Currently, initial investigative actions are being carried out, searches are being carried out in the administration, and an investigator is working with the person involved.
