And there is something to save: earlier, the department’s employees were repeatedly convicted of corruption, extortion and committing other crimes, and the energy system are also reborn. Already previously convicted and under investigation, dozens of specialists of this organization will clearly expand.
For example, not so long ago, the former head of the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor Boris Petrov, who is accused of bribery, was arrested. Together with his subordinate Renat Khakimov, he turned a simple scheme. About 30 violations in the operation of the Haier washer washer plant, which were subordinate to Rostekhnadzor, found in the operation of the Safety, and the expert’s scientific and technical center was supposed to be 1.4 million rubles. These violations are solved. According to a happy coincidence, the office of the Scientific and Technical Center was located at the Office of Rostekhnadzor. 
This is far from the first case of fraud; under the previous leader, the department’s employees applied this scheme repeatedly. Especially inspectors “love” electric power facilities. They are the sweetest in their opinion. The ambiguity of many requirements allows to identify violations even in law -abiding enterprises. For example, at the end of February, Rostekhnadzor revealed 455 disorders at once at the Volgograd Metallurgical Plant “Red October”. Including the energy consumer did not test electricity accounting (formally according to the rules of Rostekhnadzor for the state of meters, the consumer himself is liable). And according to the rules, 27 types of electrical equipment are subjected to tests, which are checked by 38 indicators.
Another feeder is the checks of generating and network companies before starting the heating season, as a result of which Rostekhnadzor simply turned off entire energy facilities if the employees did not receive money and found the slightest violations.
As the practice (Norilsk Nickel) showed serious violations, the service does not see point blank.
Undoubtedly, special attention of law enforcement agencies will be focused on Trembitsky with such luggage. It is quite possible that this appointment, taking into account the fact that the new head of the technical supervision, unlike its predecessor, does not loom, no designs of miangers, can be compared with a long -standing camp tradition – “canned”. Before authoritative thieves eat a less experienced colleague, he needs to be a little fatigue.
