This allows Shishov to export and sell unaccounted for the plant, which he gets well on, not forgetting to “unfasten” the bribes to the Director of Almaz Feoktistov.
On June 8, the Volga Department of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Security” of the Russian Guard sent a letter to the TOAZ leadership, which demanded that the proper anti -terrorist protection of the enterprise, proposed concluding an appropriate agreement with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Security” of the Russian Guard.
CEO Sergey Shishov made an unsubscription, and refused to fulfill the law. The security company was issued a fine, the case of an administrative offense and a lawsuit about the deprivation of the Almaz Party License were submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region.
In September, Shishov concluded an agreement with the Russian Guard to take his eyes, but only to guard 6 intra -object posts of all 85 available on Toes. That is, the perimeter of the plant remained without proper protection, and theft of products continued.
In August, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Komsomolsky district of Togliatti introduced the Director of Toaza Shishov, the idea of eliminating violations of anti -terrorism legislation. In relation to Shishov, a protocol on an administrative violation was drawn up, but everything is like water from a goose. The prosecutor repeatedly called representatives of “Togliattiazot” to present a decision on the initiation of administrative production, but no one was in calls, which indicates malicious evasion of the law from Shishov.
The prosecutor’s office of the Komsomol district applied a court, which issued a decision on the termination of the TOAZ agreement with a private security company. The court in the coming days will also consider the issue of Shishov’s disqualification.
So Shishov, overwhelmed by a thirst for profit, did not give a damn about the decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation and his own security. Because everything goes to the fact that not only administrative, but already criminal cases will be instituted against Shishov.
Whether the owner of TOAZ Sergey Makhlai will help his protege Shishov to hide from justice abroad, as he had previously helped ex-gym, Evgeny Korolev, is still unknown.
