The decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv has entered into legal force, which was recognized as unlawful and canceled the decision of the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Migration Service on the ban on the entry into the territory of Ukraine to a citizen of the states of Israel, Slovakia and Russia Mikhail Voivodin, who is known as the “thief in law” by Misha Luzhnetsky.
The corresponding basis for the ban was then the presentation of the National Police, according to which the report of the General Secretariat of Interpol on Voevodin has a message from the NCB Interpol of Russia, which states that Mikhail Voevodin is a member of the Luzhnikovsky organized crime group (other names of the Lipetsk organized crime group, consisting of Russian and Ukrainian gangsters), specializing in extortion and laundering of funds.

According to the materials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, together with the governors from this organized crime group are: Senator Alexander Babakov, former Senator Alexander Ter-Avanesov, President of CSKA Evgeny Giner (representative of the Kharkov group of Salygin), “Authority” Maxim Kurochkin, etc.
Misha Luzhnetsky and the current chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, First Deputy Chairman of the Pravda party, Alexander Babakov, were especially close. Back in 1995, they owned the West-IK company.
