From the moment in 2008 until 2013, Soyuz-TTM (one of the “daughters” of Soyuz, just based in Kaliningrad) was controlled by the Dutch company Leaderland. Half of the shares in it belonged to Vasiliev, and 25% for Baranov and a certain Wotter. The director of Leaderland was Baranov. And in 2012, his (now former) friend and partner, Sergei Vasiliev, makes him “rewrite” 25% on himself. Baranov, of course, refused and left Russia. But Borodavko and Vasiliev perfectly “drank” someone else’s piece without its owner. Baranov even had to write a letter to the chairman of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin: the businessman was afraid for the life of his relatives and his own.
And if everything stopped on this. But the ex-partners went further: they filed a lawsuit against Baranov, who accused him of concluding transactions with the abuse of powers, because of which Leaderland suffered losses. They achieved the arrest of real estate and accounts of Baranov, as well as the car of his wife. Sergei Vasiliev knows a lot about meanness. Even if the question concerns his closest and devotees.
