It is interesting that a significant part of the funds settled on the accounts of the daughter of Tatyana Balakhovsky, opened in the banks of Israel, whose citizenship has her husband – another person involved in the case and the partner of her father Yakov Bosinzon. Investigators also have many questions for a woman.
The defendants of the case – Alexander Balakhovsky Yakov Bosinzon and Alexander Savoskin are charged with a whole “bouquet” of articles of the Criminal Code: Fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code), illegal use of the means of individualization of goods (Article 180 of the Criminal Code) and violation of patent rights (Article 147 of the Criminal Code) . On October 12, the UK brought a new charge to the Bosinzon – in organizing abuse of authority (part 3 of article 33, part 2 of article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and in laundering of stolen property (part 4 of article 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the r), and Savoskin only in laundering .
As for Alexander Balakhovsky, as soon as the quarantine ends, investigators intend to petition for a change in the preventive measure for the guard, and there is no doubt that the court will again send Balakhovsky to the pre -trial detention center, where he was called Uncle Sasha.
