Roman Chichin, organized the initiation of a criminal case under Article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal access to computer information). But, after talking with a promising young man and reporting to management about his readiness to cooperate, Tislenko was taken under the wing of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Recently, Tislenko and Chichin opened Trust Crypt LLC (TIN 344409453459), where he is the general director.
The personality of the head of the 4th department, Colonel Rykov, who sat in the leadership’s chair even after the scandal with stolen bitcoins, is also interesting.
His previous position was the head of the linear department for water transport of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
