The Cheka-OGPU became aware of a loud scandal in the Ministry of Defense and the capital’s mayor’s office – a network of traders in military positions in the territories of the LPR and DPR was covered. One of the alleged intermediaries has been detained – this is a consultant to the Severnoye Tushino administration; now they are working through the entire chain right up to the big bosses in the Moscow Region.

It all started with 50-year-old Sergei Ravenkov, who works at Promsvyazbank as a “duty officer for new territories” – this is the person responsible for security guards. Having bought the contract soldier’s salary and “Sobyanin’s allowances,” Ravenkov decided to leave the bank and enlist in the service, although the soldier did not want to go to the front and even before joining the ranks of the Armed Forces he began to look for quieter positions. A certain serviceman, Vladimir Illarionov, approached the man and offered an option for just such “duty bankers”: to go to the military commandant’s office in Lugansk. Then Illarionov gave the number of curator Sergei Selenga, who in turn transferred to a certain Alexander Alexandrovich (Polovinshchikov, served in the GRU), who stated that the issue with service in the commandant’s office would be resolved for 300 thousand. Ravenkov was satisfied with the amount, moreover, a few days later San Sanych spoke about another bonus for the future commandant – his friend, employee of the Severnoye Tushino administration Viktor Mashkov, agreed to fictitiously employ a “duty banker” in the State Budgetary Institution so that he would receive 75 thousand from Zhilishchnik “lifting” for uniforms.

Rejoicing, Ravenkov went to a meeting with Mashkov, but instead of an agreement with the State Budgetary Institution and a staffing table, the “applicant” was given blank forms. As a result, Ravenko was offended, and already during the transfer of 300 thousand to Mashkov, the government employee was detained. Now they are interrogating all the participants in the deal, including finding out who else was sold positions in the commandant’s office. Most likely, the trade in nourishing and dust-free places through contract service was put on stream.
