In particular, there is such an opinion: the Prosecutor General’s Office considered the grounds for initiating a case against investigator Minihmetov received with violations of the Code of Criminal Procedure. These materials appeared in the SU FSB of Russia during the investigation of two criminal cases, one of them is a matter of receiving bribes by employees of the UK, including Maksimenko. However, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, a preliminary investigation on the crimes of officials of the Investigative Committee is carried out by investigators of the UK. Of course, this is just an opinion, and everything could well be different.
