After the murder of the entrepreneur, Yevgeny Zori Furgal and his business partners – Nikolai Mistryukov and Oleg Bulatov lingered as suspects, since the conflict that had the conflict between them was obvious to everyone. However, in 2004, criminal prosecution against them was discontinued due to insufficient evidence for criminal prosecution. At the same time, the former police officer Oleg Bulatov suspected his companions in organizing this murder.
Furgal and Mistryukov, fearing Bulatov’s appeal to law enforcement agencies and testified against them, instructed to commit his murder, which was again fulfilled by Palya. Bulatov was shot near his house, where he was still found alive by a minor daughter, who went out into the courtyard of the house after the sounding shots. He died from the received gunshot wounds.
The rest of the organized criminal group: Nikolai Mistryukov, Marat Kadyrov, Andrei Karepov, Andrei Palya were charged depending on the degree of participation and the allotted roles of each in particularly serious crimes.
The involvement of Furgal and other participants in the organized criminal group in the murders and attempted murder is confirmed by the numerous testimony of the victims, witnesses and the accused themselves, the conclusions of forensic examinations, as well as other evidence in their totality.
