Currently, under the legislation, the possibility of issuing credit holidays is provided for car loans up to 1.6 million rubles, credit cards up to 150 thousand rubles and other loans and loans up to 450 thousand rubles.
If the debt exceeds these limits, the Bank of Russia invited creditors to revise the terms of contracts with victims of their programs, including the possibility of forgiveness of the debt in exceptional cases, as well as refuse to appeal to the mortgaged property.
The Bank of Russia insurance companies recommended reducing time and simplifying the process of payments for insurance cases related to floods.
