In mid -February 2024, a new asset – LLC Stroginskoye LLC appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company is quite remarkable. It was created on September 18, 2023 and immediately pumped (into the authorized capital) more than 261 million rubles. The director at the stage of creating the company was a certain Elizaveta Nazaryev – a namesake of an official from Moscow Regionwho in 2017 served as deputy head of the administration of the Ruzsky city district in the suburbs.

The owners of a fresh asset were the government “Mosvodokanal” and his subsidiary Yurlito – JSC “VTA Southeast”. The “Mosvodokanal” official from the team of Sobyanin – Alexander Ponomarenko heads. The Ponomarenko family has repeatedly appeared in scandalous publications, as it has long acquired a whole business empire, probably not without the help of Vice-mayor Peter Biryukov.

The Moscow Post Earlier he told how the son of Ponomarenko Maxim grabbed 53 hectares near the Istra reservoir under an elite spa-gingerbread with a separate beach, a helicopter platform and his own pier with a pier.

Then it turned out that the Ponomarenko family had assets abroad – a hotel in Berlin and two French companies – Sci Anastasia and Alexander et Fils.

Judging by the documents from the French registry, the company from Monaco SCI Laver Lavender Field took part in the creation of SCI Anastasia in the person of its representative, the wife of Ponomarenko – Lyubov Komissarenko (in girlhood – orphan). From the charter of the company it is known that real estate in France with a total value of 1.14 million euros was issued to SCI Anastasia.

And here is what an interesting coincidence: the beneficiaries of the company from the company’s beneficiaries, which was bought by Pavel Tyo and his wife LLC, also discovered a craving for French real estate.

And now the interests of two lovers of foreign apartments have also agreed in a transaction that raises a lot of questions.

Created in mid -September 2023 LLC “Stroginskoye”, having pumped up state money, was already put up for auction in December. The initial price of the lot Compiled 428 million rubles.

At these auction, questions are caused by the requirements for the participant, from which, in our opinion, it smacks of an eyeliner under a certain winner.

The TEO scheme has long been known: to buy a large asset, crush it on a smallest and sell it with benefit for yourself. At the same time, the division is not disdaining the Cyprus legal entities.

After the scandal, with the declaration of the developer on the Kyrgyz authorities on suspicion of financing the organized crime group Kamchy Kolbaev (later criminal prosecution was discontinued) in the Tue division, incomprehensible fuss. And on April 10, 2024, the same PAK transfers its share to Pantheon Group LLC to the son of Pavel Toy German. The main owner remained Pavel Tyo. The latter is also controlled by Pavel Tyo. Such a throwing from pocket to pocket occurs with other assets of the division.
