Sources of the Cheka-OGPU report on possible rotations in the fields of transport and construction…

Sources from the Cheka-OGPU report possible rotations in the fields of transport and construction after the inauguration of the president.

According to interlocutors, Transport Minister Vitaly Savelyev may resign. The most likely candidate for his place is considered to be the chief executive officer of Russian Railways, Oleg Belozerov. The latter served as deputy minister of transport for several years before heading the railways, and has support in various high offices, for example, in the person of the current Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The chair under Construction Minister Irek Fayzullin is also shaking. According to sources, people from Tatarstan were given a kind of carte blanche, but many things did not work out for them: big questions regarding housing and communal services, failed work in Mariupol, etc., theft of funds. There is an active confrontation with Sobyanin’s team, which is dragging former deputy mayor for construction Andrei Bochkarev. On April 17, he left his post of his own free will.

Following the change of government, sources predict a change of leadership in another giant monopolist – the director of Rosavtodor, Roman Novikov, will probably leave his post. Reason: corruption in the Federal Road Agency. In his place, they are actively lobbying for the protégé of the “St. Petersburg team” and personally the First Deputy Minister of Transport Andrei Kostyuk – Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Sergei Morozov.
