Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to maintain 2 percent per annum of the Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages until 2030, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports with reference to Kremlin’s site.

Earlier, the Far Eastern mortgage provided for the support of young families, where the age of each spouses does not exceed 36 years, young families with one parent under 36 years old, having a child under 19 years old, participants in the Far Eastern Hectare programs and “Improving the mobility of labor resources”, employees of medical and educational organizations and employees of the OPC.
