The meeting began by the extension of the life of the accused in custody for the next 3 months – until January 21, 2022. Of course, the defense protested (and very emotionally) against such a decision by the judge of Artemov, resting that the clients were not hidden from justice, they have dependent of minor children, and they cannot affect the investigation, if only because the prosecutor’s office and all the witnesses could not be influenced by the prosecutor’s office Already introduced. Zakharchenko himself, almost shouting to Digaev, said: “For the whole court, I never heard a single reason why innocent people should be detained.”
Further, to the still loud protests of Digaev’s defense representatives, Margarita Malinka caused Margarita: her confused testimonies were already sounded in the Presnensky court on August 25 (the Cheka-OGPU wrote about them) and prettyly spoiled the image of the state prosecution. But this time, Malinka could not report and recall anything important, even though the state prosecutor approached her with the interrogation protocol and, leading his finger on his lines, announced her testimony. “Apparently, over the past month since the last interrogation, Malinka could not learn her remarks,” flashed through the hall. Zakharchenko directly accused Digaev of pressure on the witness and coordination (however, not very successful) of her testimony, but his monologue was interrupted by the judge Artemov (“Zakharchenko, I ask you to stop: I also, a fighter for justice!”, He said).
In the top of the three -hour meeting, Digaev announced the data of the wiretaps of the phone Zakharchenko.
