On December 12, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow will announce the verdict of the founder of the New Stream group of companies (GC) Dmitry Mazurov, accused of theft of loan funds and embezzlement of funds from the Antipinsky Oil Refinery (Tyumen Region), organizing an attack on a resident of Khabarovsk.

Experts called the period requested by Mazurov “limitless,” noting that it is far beyond the limits of similar judicial practice. In addition, the prosecutor partially substantiated his demands with the testimony of a girl who, according to the expert opinion, suffered from mental disorders.
