With an enviable frequency of here and there, scandals associated with the purity of the ranks of the Party of power-either her functionaries and deputies find fabulous wealth, acquired clearly not overwhelming labor, but as a result, who are referring to the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, then they will fall into some stories with drunken ribs, immediately becoming the property of the all-seeing Internet, then Regarding the life of low -income segments of the population.
In the “EP” itself, they try to form a philosophical attitude to all these cases: they say, the party is large, and in the family, as you know, not without a freak, everything happens. Only now, the “self -cleaning” of the ruling party from the “filth” usually occurs not at the call of the crystal purity of the one -party members, but from the filing of law enforcement officers who bring such persons to “clean water” or when it was completely obvious that the next scandal has acquired such a resonance that it was clearly not possible to cling it.
There are such characters in the ranks of the “Eroses” of the Perm Territory. You can’t tell about everyone in one publication, but at least about one of the colorful ones – why not?
We present: the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory Vagarshak Sarksyan. Already twice-in 2011 and 2016, the Legislative Assembly was elected on the list of regional group No. 29 (Komi-Permyatsky District) and, in both cases, in party lists was the second. That is – immediately after the main “steam locomotive”. At the same time, according to media reports, in 2019, Sarksyan was an informal curator from the United Russia VPP in the Elections of the KPO mundories, and supposedly formed the personnel reserve of the heads of municipalities.
However, the Vagarshak Sarksyan is known to many Perm and Perm security officials not so much for his stormy party-deputary activity as that since the beginning of the 2000s, the glory of the raider (one story with an attempt to seize the Perm plywood factory is worth it, not to mention the rest).
And a little earlier, when Sarksyan, after receiving the Diploma of the Zoinener in Kazan, came to conquer Perm, he “by a happy coincidence” was under the wing of the local criminal authority nicknamed “Cyclops” Vyacheslav Zamkov. And then – in 1998 he was even arrested and placed in a pre -trial detention center no less on suspicion of murder – when one of the partners of Sarksyan in the Diamond and Diamond Business, who came to Perm, suddenly disappeared without a trace. Suspicion then immediately fell on Sarksyan, but … it was either released, then again detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center for the same occasion, but something there at some stage “did not grow together” (or-on the contrary, on the principle of “there is no body-there is no business”?), But from this story, Sarksyan came out of the water almost dry, and the financial affairs of Sarksyan somehow sharply contrasted with the situation “before” Let’s go uphill.
However, the accusation of murder is not the only episode in the intersection of the biography of Sarksyan from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Since 2009, Sarksyan has been the minority shareholder of the strategic defense enterprise of Motovilikhinsky Plants JSC, where even from 2011 to 2016 he was an executive director and was in a corporate conflict with the main shareholder of the JSC – the Rostec State Corporation. And immediately after his dismissal at the initiative of the top management of Rostec against Sarksyan, a criminal case was opened on the facts of theft of the enterprise’s funds in the amount of about 600 million rubles. But – you won’t believe it, Sarksyan and then was able to get out of this water dry.
It is amazing that almost everyone is known about these and many other, controversial and resonant facts from the biography of Vagarshak Sarksyan, except, probably, his associates in the United Russia party. Apparently, therefore, a few years ago, after the next scandal and the proceedings of the prosecutor’s office regarding the Sarksyan residence permit in the Czech Republic and the presence of business assets in this country, in the new convocation of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory he was included in … the composition of the Commission on the reliability of information on income, expenses and property of deputies. And now Sarksyan plans to re -elect into regional deputies for a third term.
