But how could a small company make such a profit? Experts believe that the company did not report part of its income to the tariff authority. But so that no one discovers this, most likely their own sales company “RSK-sbyt” was included in the settlement scheme, although the law prohibits having common controlling persons in sales and network companies.
RSK-sbyt purchases electricity on the wholesale market and transmits it through RSK-grids to end consumers, but both companies hide this information from the regulator.
Experts also believe that DGC networks may not have disclosed part of the income received from related network companies at individual tariffs.
But RSK-network reflects completely different data on its website in disclosing information about its activities. Such fantastic profits are indicated there.
The disclosure of information by network companies under the Law “On Protection of Competition” is monitored by the Krasnoyarsk Department of the FAS Russia, which for so many years has not seen the combination of network and distribution business and the company’s gigantic profits. In the professional community they say that DGC networks supposedly have a real owner or curator, or a relative of one of the owners, and he occupies a high leadership position in the FAS Russia.
