Judging by randomly “pop-up” photos, one might think that Anatoly Chubais leads an almost retired lifestyle: he goes to the supermarket, stands in line at the ATM; distributes charitable assistance; sees friends.

In reality and abroad, Chubais remains Chubais. He is actively collecting money from his associates for a new grandiose project – creating a life plan for Russia and Russians in the “post-personalist period 2025-2040.” (presentation slide 3). That is, after Putin. Why Chubais believes that Putin will cease to be president of the Russian Federation by 2025 – history is silent.
