The “department store” for a long time regularly paid interest, but when Rosinterbank went under the control of the DIA, he stopped paying instantly. Moreover, in the face of the ships, Ivyadin decided that the debt to him was transferred illegally, and challenged him. In the struggle for the title of the most incorruptible judge in world history, Judge Laptev a light stroke of the pen recognized the position of beef universal truth, he was just as easily supported by Judge Yanin from the ninth appeal of Moscow. And since in 2018 CJSC Project went to the Annals after Rosinterbank, the debt was no longer for anyone to recover. And she gave Judge Laptev a number of mandatory instructions so that he would figure out the case already by law, and not by his own ideas about him. In particular, in cassation they expressed surprise in how to challenge the transfer of the debt 5 years after the transaction. After all, if the “department store” regularly paid the hand of his owner by the beef on the loan, then he recognized the debt. The court clearly judged that the contesting of the transfer of debt was no more than a scheme for deceiving the DIA and the state standing behind it by $ 50 million.
