The widow of Kommersant Ruslan Kurmanayev, who was killed by the former personnel officer of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the North-Western Administrative District and his son, the current employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, told the Cheka-OGPU about killers in uniform. According to the interlocutor, Konstantin Panin, after he quit from the organs, became a companion of her spouse (were engaged in the demolition of dilapidated houses), they were friends with families and ex-policeman knew their sacrifice very well. Until the last, he pretended to be trying to find Ruslan Kurmanaev, and even announced a reward for someone who could find him.
According to evil irony, it was he who organized the insidious murder of a partner. This happened at the end of 2024. According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, Konstantin Panin invited Ruslan Kurmanaev to the house to talk. There, the former employee gave the victim to drink alcohol with cloofeline, and when the Kommersant turned off, an employee of the ATP of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North -Western Administrative District Makar Panin (he was at that time was 18 years old) with friends. They took the helpless body into the forest and buried.
The detectives managed to go out on their trail just the other day – on suspicion of murder, only four people, including two young people, a woman, previously worked as a dispatcher in the company, and the organizer. The latter paid assistants to 500 thousand rubles. The remains of the murdered merchant were discovered in the nameless grave.
According to investigators, a conflict occurred between the companions. Allegedly, Konstantin Panin caught Ruslan Kurmanaev on the theft of money. As the widow said, there really was a similar incident, but it is not clear who really was the truth, since the former policeman at the time of the events was in binge, and his wife and partner were engaged in objects.
