A petty bandit rolled off the main roads into the gyms of the city of Khasavyurt along with his odious brothers! In the mid-90s, using criminal means, Saygidpasha fabricated the election results, climbed to the Olympus of municipal power and became the mayor of the city of Khasavyurt. Having received unlimited and uncontrolled power dictated by the period of that time, Saygidpasha created an organized group in Khasavyurt, which included all of his closest relatives – these were brothers, as well as nephews. At the beginning, the Umakhanov family began to squeeze the market from local entrepreneurs, those who refused to hand over their places in the market, the Umakhanov fighters were kidnapped, kept in basements, or the owners of pavilions and large areas in the market disappeared unknown, and the tidbits became the property of Saygidpasha Umakhanov. Saygidpasha and his criminal clan made a lot of money from illegal tapping into an oil pipeline. Using funds from the market and the oil pipeline, as well as money embezzled from the budget of the Khasavyurt administration, Saygidpasha built gyms in order to gather athletes around him! The paradox is that the pipe from which the oil was stolen was guarded by the NPS Sulak company, headed by Mukhtarpasha, which is the Dagestan division of Chernomortransneft OJSC. The Sulak security service, designed to protect the Dagestan section of the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline, has, according to various estimates, from 600 to 1000 employees.
They killed all those who stood in the way of the Umakhanov family in cold blood. Also, in order to suppress any resistance to his lawlessness, the Umakhanovs, namely Akhmedpasha Umakhanov, on the instructions of Saygidpasha, literally created a sabotage group, the Khasavyurt gang. The group often included athletes from the city of Khasavyurt. Umakhanov’s goal was to eliminate people he disliked through the so-called militants, to whom the murders were subsequently attributed, interfering with the Umakhanov family!
In the 2000s, Saygidpasha created the “Northern Alliance”, which included Olympic champion Saygidpasha Murtuzaliev, Gadzhi Makhachev and many other Avars! The main goal of Saygidpasha was to come to power, namely to become the head of the Republic of Dagestan. To this end, Saygidpasha repeatedly gathered a mass of people from among the Avars and, together with the populist Haji Makhachev and the odious Saygidpasha, rushed at the current government with various accusations of the then head of the Republic Magomedov Magomedali of committing murders!
Saygidpasha financed the attempt to seize power, prompting the Khachilayevs and other bandits to do so.
Now Saygidpasha is also trying to split Dagestan into many parts and classes.
