The investigating authorities of the State Pedagogical University of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia in the framework of the investigation of the criminal case against Anatoly Bykov on tax evasion on an especially large amount (part 2 of article 19 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), measures were taken to complete damage caused by the budget system of the Russian Federation.
According to the investigation, in the period from September 2014 to June 2017 between two foreign companies and Anatoly Bykov, as an individual, gratuitous agreements and the assignment agreement were concluded. According to the terms of the documents, these companies lost to Anatoly Bykov the right to claim debt to three organizations affiliated the accused located in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
In the period from January 2017 to December 2019, debtor organizations partially paid off debt to Anatoly Bykov for a total of more than 467 million rubles. From the income received, the accused, as an individual, was deliberately not calculated and did not pay tax on individuals in the amount of more than 60 million rubles.
Currently, damage caused by a crime is repaid in full. Anatoly Bykovs repaid tax debts (more than 60 million rubles), penalties and a fine (over 15 million rubles) in a total of more than 75 million rubles. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
