The investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow opened a criminal case against the former head of the federal state institution “Construction Management No. 101 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia” by Andrei Travryin.

During the joint work of the investigators of the capital’s unit of the Investigative Committee with the assistance of the FSB of Russia, his involvement in the commission of the crime under Article 330.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non -fulfillment of the obligation to file a notification of the presence of a citizen of the Russian Federation of a residence permit of a foreign state).

According to the investigation, in March 2019, a reality in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus, issued a residence permit of the specified state, however, in violation of the requirements of the current legislation upon arrival in the Russian Federation, they did not submit a notification of its receipt to the competent authorities place of residence.
