The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case against the General Director of Gazprom Gas Distribution Krasnodar, Alexei Rudnev, his deputy in the joint -stock company Alexander Savostyanov, as well as deputy directors of the branches of the company in the cities of Sochi, Gelendzhik, Anapa and Krasnodar Petrov: Alexey Petrov , Oleg Butkevich, Stanislav Barieva and Konstantin Lyuny. They are suspected of obtaining a commercial bribery on an especially large scale (part 8 of article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the investigation, the participants in the criminal group received an illegal remuneration from entrepreneurs for connecting residential and commercial real estate objects to gas networks, as well as for the coordination of acts of commissioning gas distribution networks in the Krasnodar Territory. The total amount of commercial bribery amounted to more than 20 million rubles.
The unlawful activities of these persons managed to stop in cooperation with employees of the FSB of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory.
These persons are detained. The investigation will apply to the court to elect a preventive measure in the form of detention.
