In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, based on the results of an inspection carried out according to media reports, including the telegram channel VChK-OGPU about an accident that occurred with the ROBINSON helicopter of the member of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Roman Goldman, a criminal case was opened

As our channel reported, the Robinson 44 helicopter with tail number RA-04385 was accidentally found on August 15 in the Mana River.

It turned out that the helicopter belonged to United Russia deputy Roman Goldman and he was summoned for an interview. The deputy said that his helicopter was transported along the river on a raft, from where it accidentally fell into the water; no one, according to him, was injured.

However, during the preliminary investigation it was established that during the period from 18:00 on August 14, 2022 to 13:00 on August 15, 2022, as a result of the actions of unidentified persons, as well as violation of traffic safety rules and operation of air transport by a person, due to the work performed or occupied positions obliged to comply with these rules, an aircraft crash occurred – a private helicopter ROBINSON on a water section of the Mana River in the area of ​​the recreation center of Tourism and Service-Mana”, located in the Mansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The Krasnoyarsk Investigation Department for Transport of the Eastern Interregional Investigative Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of violation of traffic safety rules and operation of air transport (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
