In the 2nd Western Military District Court, the trial of former officers of the FSB Directorate for the Samara Region, Mikhail Gorbunov and Ivan Gudkov, accused of corruption, is in full swing.

Judge Evgeny Zubov set the pace for three hearings per week. And as of April 11, eight meetings had already taken place.

Gudkov, who got a job at a construction site and could not find money for a lawyer, was allowed to participate in the meetings from Samara, in the VKS mode. His lack of money is surprising given the somersaults he made in refusing to testify, probably at the request of his current colleagues.
