A few years ago, the director of the Research Institute of Eye Diseases named after M. M. Krasnov Yusef, to Nam Yusef, without particular publicity, sent his business partner Svetlana Trojanova to the bars of his business partner. According to the court, Troyanova received 137 million rubles from Yusef for the reconstruction of the building on Lobachevsky Street, where the ophthalmology center belonging to the doctor is located. The object was transferred to Yuseph with the Moscow government with a 70 percent discount, but the construction there was impossible without additional approvals-it was this issue that was supposed to resolve Troyanov. As a result, the money disappeared, the building was not built, and Troyanova received six years in the colony. 
However, Trojanova herself voiced another version in court, which the doctor now carefully silence. It turned out that the head of one of the key state research institutes controls the network of companies receiving cultural heritage objects in the center of Moscow through tenders of the Federal Agency for Management and Use of History and Culture Monuments (Aupic). It is in particular about Ofamed-T LLC, Pint-Torg LLC, Eurooptika LLC and Nico Plus LLC, in which the shares are issued for assistants and lawyers of Yusef. In one of the companies (Pint-Torg), the doctor’s partner is a Jewish businessman with four passports Alex Weinstein, known for helping Israeli citizenship of Ksenia Sobchak. According to Troyanova, almost all the money received by her was intended just to ensure that the results of the Aupic tenders were exactly what Yusef needed. However, at some point, the professor ceased to arrange Trojanova’s stay at large, and he involved his connections in power structures.
Having once asked for himself, the doctor began to ask for others – now appeals to the right people were put on stream, with a clear price and without any recipes. At least one case of the transfer of a large amount was documented to the former high -ranking employee of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In addition, Yusef actively sells positions in the Research Institute entrusted to him, arranging at vacant administrative posts of young spectacular girls.
